煲仔飯


煮煲仔飯既要訣係米和水份量係1:1,米要預先用水浸3小時,

用瓦煲既好處係通氣度大和受熱均勻,

當飯煮至收水後,可放入材料,然後用最細火,可隨即均勻轉動煲邊,

使煲邊周圍都可以受熱,咁唔單止煲底有飯焦,連煲邊都會有飯焦嫁喇
