親自包餃子
隻餃子好唔好食,著重於
醃肉
方法,一定要用薑蔥水來代替水,
咁樣先會令肉質香,食落口鬆軟,
而
豬肉
我會用半肥瘦梅頭,
千其唔好叫肉檔幫你攪碎,要自己處理,咁樣就會有口感得多喇!
醃肉既調味都係好似平時一樣,
糖,生抽,老抽,麻油,粟粉,油,水,
只不過做餃子,會用薑蔥水代替水,
做法:把薑拍扁,蔥切段,在加入適量水搾成汁
