蝦仁炒蛋
蝦仁炒蛋在於起初要燒熱個鑊,
落油,蛋汁分段落下,落鑊後調慢火,要輕力慢慢兜炒,就可以了,
蛋漿分次落鑊,蛋就自然炒得滑一滑
