咕嚕蝦球
蝦買返黎去殼去腸洗淨印乾水份後,下鹽,麻油,胡椒粉醃勻,置於雪櫃至少2小時
炸前沾上蛋漿,生粉即可
唔想咁熱氣,可以利用半煎炸形式
如果想食得酥脆既話,炸完一次撈起隔油後再返炸多一次
