薯角
薯角做法:
先將薯仔用滾水煲15-20分鐘,待稍涼後切成角狀,加入鹽及黑胡椒調味,如喜愛的話亦可加入紅辣椒粉,然後沾上薄薄麵粉, 以半煎炸形式煎至脆身即成。
